I am an LCP who provides individual therapy to adults through a warm and collaborative approach rooted in evidence-based care and forensic psychology expertise. I practice from an integrative perspective, drawing from cognitive-behavioral and trauma-informed frameworks to support clients navigating challenges such as serious mental illness, mood disruptions, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and personality dynamics. With deep clinical experience in both correctional and state hospital settings, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore growth, resilience, and personal meaning.
