With over 30 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families, I offer Polyvagal-informed, attachment-focused psychotherapy that focuses on reducing or eliminating the symptoms that have impaired healthy functioning. I've incorporated years of research and training in the area of trauma-related disorders (including developmentally adverse interpersonal trauma, somatosensory experiencing, complex traumatic stress disorders, intergenerational trauma, etc.). I offer services that help to identify and treat the symptoms that impair healthy functioning. I have advanced training and experience as a trauma therapist (providing attachment-focused EMDR), Registered Play Therapist, and certified Polyvagal-informed and educated SSP provider.
