I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who works with individuals, couples, and families dealing with a wide range of concerns. I treat every patient on a case by case basis that specifically meets your personal needs, experiences, and personalities. Clinically speaking, however, I use an integrative orientation with emphasis on cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and mindfulness approaches. My goal is to help individuals and families in my community to better understand themselves and their situations so that they can find the strength, healing, and tools/coping skills to deal with any obstacles life has presented them with.
