I have extensive experience with patients from all walks of life. My approach is typically cognitive-behavioral in the context of a supportive/empathic relationship. Due to my varied background as a psychology instructor and supervisor of interns and postdoctoral fellows, I also bring a distinctly psycho-educational approach to my clinical practice; I enjoy teaching about psychology and behavior in the service of helping people to gain insight and make positive change in their lives.
