I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who is focused on helping people improve their mental and physical health, relationships, and, as a result, their quality of life. Central to therapy is the quality of the bond shared between therapist and client. I am committed to fostering a constructive therapeutic alliance characterized by cooperation, trust, and authenticity. My approach involves assisting clients in exploring themselves, identifying recurring patterns, articulating their emotions and thoughts, mastering coping strategies for stressors, and cultivating a deeper sense of strength, connectedness and identity.
