Life is out of control, and you need help to find your center and a “new normal.” I’m here to guide you through your grief with compassion and empathy. There’s a way forward, and we’ll find it through our trusting, non-judgmental relationship where you feel safe and supported. You might feel external pressures or expectations right now.
