Our mental and physical health are intricately tied to relational wellbeing. Whenever one of these areas develop challenges, the other aspects are affected as well. My therapeutic approach is strongly informed by the latest research-informed techniques that aim to challenge the way clients experience their relationships. I offer an environment where clients can receive the necessary support to face the struggles that come with personal and relationship growth. My clinical training is in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) and I have been in practice for nearly 10 years. I have been trained in a variety of techniques, including advanced, specialized training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT).
