Whether or not we choose to acknowledge it, our wellbeing is heavily dependent on the quality of our personal relationships. Yet, relational health is often last on the long list of priorities. It can be easy to find yourself in an endless cycle of relationship difficulties that leave you feeling lost, empty, or alone, making the relationship struggles even worse. I appreciate the courage it takes to try and break those patterns that can seem overwhelming and hopeless. I offer a client-centered, collaborative environment where clients can receive the necessary support to face the struggles that come with personal growth. I have been trained in a variety of techniques, including advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). My clinical approach utilizes experiential techniques that interrupt problematic cycles and rebuild connection.
