I am a Licensed Professional Counselor/Therapist - LPC. I have 20 years of inpatient and outpatient experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families using a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive and Interpersonal Psychology, and Dynamic and Existential Therapy, specific to each and every person. I have specialized in stress, depression, and anxiety, as well as addictive behaviors and personality disorders, and creating a clear pathway to continual growth and relief from symptoms.
