As an integrative therapist, I thoughtfully and flexibly draw from a range of evidence-based approaches. My work is rooted in a passion for decolonizing mental health. I value and prioritize connecting with people’s lived experiences, identities, and cultures, incorporating familial-cultural ancestral wisdom, and focusing on the power of human connection and collective healing.
