I work with individuals and families navigating stress, major life transitions, emotional challenges, and complex personal circumstances. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. My role is to offer a steady, thoughtful space where we can slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and build practical paths toward greater stability and clarity. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and regularly support concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, addictive behaviors, and high levels of stress, including those in high-pressure roles.
