I'm a mental health therapist and transformational life coach with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through emotional and relational challenges. My work is rooted in compassion, cultural awareness, and a profound understanding of complex family dynamics. I specialize in helping clients heal from narcissistic abuse, family scapegoating abuse (Black sheep), parental alienation, and relational conflict.
