I am committed to helping you become the best version of yourself by strengthening the essential skills needed to support your mental and emotional well-being. Since 2012, I have worked in the mental health field, supporting children and young adults through challenges such as depression, anxiety, career transitions, PTSD, grief and trauma, life adjustments, and family dynamics.
