My specialty for over 30 years has been working with children, adolescents, and their families. After becoming a Level II EMDR trauma therapist in the past 30 years, I have worked with many adults challenged by difficulties. Both my adult and child clients are often faced with depression, anxiety, and grief commonly created by divorce, death, adoption, abuse, and feelings of hopelessness, anger, and poor self-esteem. EMDR is very helpful with trauma or other difficulties. EMDR, Energy Psychology, DBT which incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Mindfulness, and Play Therapy for children all tend to relieve anxiety & depression.
