As a Licensed Psychologist, Board Certified in Clinical Health Psychology, my care involves a holistic approach to identify, address, and overcome life's challenges. Personally, I identify as a wife, mother, daughter, employee, and entrepreneur wearing many hats just like you. So, I understand trying to pursue work-life integration and am passionate about supporting the working professional trying to “do it all” and live life without limits WHILE managing depression, anxiety, medical problems, low self-esteem, boundary concerns, parenting, or workplace stressors.
