If you notice behaviors, thoughts, or feelings interfering with your life creating depression, anxiety, etc. even addiction, we will work on your insights, and increase your self-awareness regarding intentions and/or behaviors that no longer serve any purpose in your life. Maybe you have long-standing negative beliefs and reactions repeating themselves, hiding in traumatic experiences. Perhaps ongoing questions demand deeper answers.
