I have found particular interest in working with children, adolescents, parents, and athletes using a CBT framework for treating a variety of problems. My services include individual therapy for children and adolescents, parent training, mental skills training and community outreach. I use learning theory, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and DBT in conjunction with cultural and contextual factors to provide a tailored approach to treatment that balances the individual’s (or family’s) clinical and personal needs. My strengths lie in building strong, compassionate, collaborative relationships, which are the basis of therapy. My specialty education in mindfulness, clinical psychology, and sports/performance psychology gives me various techniques for supporting clients. I treat a variety of clinical problems and I also provide mental skills for athletes and performers looking to take their skills to the next level.
