I work with adults who are exploring who they are, how they relate to others, and how early family dynamics continue to shape their present-day experiences—with a focus on mood concerns, relationship patterns, and life transitions. My practice centers Black and LGBTQ+ experiences, but all identities are welcome and affirmed here. My approach is interpersonal, emotion-focused, and trauma-informed. I’m curious about your patterns, your relationships, and the parts of your story that may still feel unresolved. Together, we’ll make sense of the roles you've had to play—within your family, community, and the world—and consider which ones still serve you. Clients often walk away from our work with greater insight, emotional clarity, and tools to support lasting change.
