As a clinician, I don’t believe in an ideal client. Every person brings their own story, history, and resilience into therapy, and I feel honored to meet each individual where they are. Many of the clients I work with are navigating eating disorders, body dissatisfaction, trauma, personality disorders, and mood disorders. I also specialize in supporting adult children of narcissistic or emotionally unavailable parents, as well as individuals exploring how family dynamics and parenting styles have shaped their sense of self.
