As a therapist, I aim to help you reshape the narrative imposed by childhood and societal pressures, empowering you to break free from unhelpful patterns and reclaim your agency. I bring my authentic self to each session, creating a space for deeper connection and personal growth. I believe in reducing the power differential between therapist and clients, fostering a collaborative environment where you are the expert on your lived experience. Together, we will work on dismantling internalized oppression and embrace self-acceptance, supporting your healing journey without judgment. I provide culturally sensitive, sex- and gender-affirming care, using psychodynamic, relational, feminist, decolonizing, and HAES models. I offer WPATH-based gender-affirming surgery letters for adults in one session. I also integrate intuitive tools like mindfulness, art, and tarot to help clients navigate complex emotions and relationship dynamics.
