I am also Adjunct Assistant Professor at USC Graduate School of Social Work. I have a compassionate yet direct approach, and will tailor therapy to your unique needs and circumstances. I can help you learn better coping skills to manage feelings of depression and anxiety. I can also help you gain greater self-awareness, and communication skills so that you can create and maintain more satisfying personal and professional relationships. My areas of expertise include: Anxiety disorders, worry and stress (social phobia/social anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder), depression, low self-esteem, and obesity and eating disorders. I also specialize in working with relationship issues (couple, parent-child) Finally, I have extensive experience working with adolescents.
