Do you have trauma, either past or recent, that just keeps getting in your way? It can interfere with all areas of your life-from self esteem to relationships. For over 30 years, I have provided psychotherapy-specializing in trauma, such as childhood abuse, loss, grief, chronic illness, suicidal feelings/experiences and depression and anxiety problems. Another subspeciality for me is working with teens and young adults.In addition, I have often helped people with infertility/adoption and family communication/attachment problems and am skilled in hypnosis. I am also certified by Psypact to offer therapy in almost all the states.
