I specialize in evidence-based treatments for children, adolescents, young adults, and families. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings including UCLA, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, college counseling, and community mental health centers. My areas of focus include traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, self-harm, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and also provide services in Spanish.
