I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and stressful life transitions. I offer virtual sessions to allow for greater accessibility and flexibility. I am currently under the supervision of Krystal Smith, PsyD (PSY34381) working toward California licensure. I have extensive training in CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed therapies. I specifically tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. If you struggle with ADHD or executive functioning, I offer coaching to help develop planning, time management, organization, and task initiation skills.
