It can be difficult to seek help. I’m here to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space to support you. I work with adults and couples to address a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship issues, life transitions, and grief (including pregnancy loss). I have specialty training in treating anxiety, including peripartum anxiety, panic attacks, health anxiety, and strategies for parents with anxious children using Supportive Parenting for Anxious Children Emotions. I also help adults with work-related issues, including managing imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and creating work/life balance.
