As a Harvard-trained psychologist, I help 20 & 30 somethings with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, trauma, depression, family dynamics, parenting, and prenatal/postpartum care. Most of my adult clients are high achievers in demanding professions such as corporate & medicine. I also specialize in parent coaching and child selective mutism, anxiety, OCD, BFRBs, and ADHD.
