I bring years of professional experience in providing psychotherapy to individuals from different walks of life with a wide range of concerns. I view psychotherapy as a personalized, active, and collaborative process that fosters meaningful change. I am bilingual in English and Vietnamese. I deeply value the intersection of culture, identity, and family context in the therapy process. Please note that Dr. Mauzay completes the initial consultations and schedules for our office. While psychotherapy may not have all the answers or solutions to every issue, it can broaden your perspectives, improve clarity, and empower your choices to let go of certain expectations, beliefs, and narratives that limit your life.
