I am a licensed clinical social worker and a tenured professor in the School of Social Work at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. My approach integrates evidence-based psychotherapy with contemplative and wisdom traditions, supporting clients in doing meaningful work with trauma, stress, and the old ghosts that can keep life feeling stuck. I have over 15 years of clinical practice experience and am intensively trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am certified in Prolonged Exposure for PTSD.
