I specialize in individual therapy with young adults for a variety of concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma), though I have worked with adults of all ages. As your therapist, I will work with you to establish a warm, affirming rapport to help you process emotions and experiences, develop coping skills, connect with core values and strengths, and challenge unhelpful or unwanted patterns and habits.
