I identify as a functional contextualist and demonstrate a practice orientation that is rich in mindfulness, compassion, and flexibility. I value a collaborative, person-centered approach in therapy and am trained in a variety of methods to tailor to meet your individual needs. These methods include the following: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, PE, CPT.
