Dr. Nickisha Lingham dedicated over two decades of her life to serving individuals within the human services field. Her career journey began in Philadelphia Pa in 1995 at a residential treatment facility for individuals with visual impairments, marking the start of her lifelong commitment to be an effective change agent. Throughout her career, Dr. Lingham has worked in a variety of settings, including residential, outpatient, and department of correction facilities, providing mental health services to individuals across a wide age range—from as young as four years old to individuals over 80 y/o. Dr. Lingham earned her Doctorate in Social Science from Wilmington University. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker and a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor for the state of Delaware. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Lingham is well-versed in addressing a diverse array of mental health concerns.
