About

I am Dr. Nicola Roache Ashley, a licensed clinical psychologist. I provide psychological testing, individual, group, couples, and family therapy. I have specialty training in dialectical behavior therapy to teach patient skills to cope with stress, regulate emotions, and improve relationships with others. I also have specialty training in cognitive-behavioral treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, including post traumatic stress disorders and treats patients from ages 4 to 80 with a myriad of psychological needs.
