I am a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience and have been trained in several different modalities such as CBT, EMDR, CPT, and SFBT. I have experience helping with depression, anxiety, trauma, relational issues, psychosis, substance abuse, elderly issues, and am LGBTQI+ friendly. Whether therapy is new to you or you have been involved for 20+ years I will meet you where you are. I use a humanistic style in my sessions so it feels more like a collaborative conversation. I am non-judgmental, empathic, and open to people of all walks of life.
