I’m a clinical psychologist specializing in children, teens, young adults, and families. I believe that therapy is most helpful when it feels like a true partnership. My approach is collaborative—I value working together with families and young people to better understand challenges, build on strengths, and find practical tools for growth. In therapy, I create a safe and supportive space to explore emotions, improve coping skills, and strengthen relationships. I also offer psychological testing, which can provide clarity around learning, attention, mood, or behavior concerns and help guide treatment and school supports.
