I offer bilingual (English and Spanish) telehealth and face-to-face psychological services to teenagers, adults, couples and families, in English and Spanish. I treat common mental health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, other mood disorders, PTSD, ADHD, and personality disorders. I also offer evidenced based treatments for isomnia, nightmares, chronic pain and substance use disorders. I specialize in empowering clients to take control of their narratives and move towards achieving a better quality of life. I am an integrative psychotherapist practicing narrative, psychodynamic, Health psychology, and cognitive behavioral approaches.
