Life doesn't always go as planned, and sometimes it can help to have a supportive and non-judgmental listener. My approach is authentic, compassionate, and practical. I tailor treatment to what each client needs, whether its searching for greater depth and understanding, working through trauma, or developing a tool kit of coping strategies. I work with teens, adults, and parents facing stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, or a major life transition (like starting college, new baby, career decisions, parenting challenges, or divorce). I also specialize in sleep concerns and women's issues (reproductive health, menopause).
