I'll help your family move through discomfort and connect back to values that are important to you. We all need help, specially us parents. It's ok to ask for help. I'll help you change patterns, activate resiliency and get aligned with your best selves, which is already there. In sessions I listen and provide understanding and support. I offer tools, knowledge, confidence, and power to make small shifts or life-long transformations that you need. I use CBT, Psychodynamic, DBT, and Interoceptive tools to help with recovery and move towards healing and healthy patterns.
