We will process painful or disowned emotions, which can provide you with new understandings and shift how you relate to yourself and to others. My style is active and warm, and I provide space for validation, direct feedback, reflection, and humor. My focus areas include anxiety/depression, work/life balance, maternal mental health, relationship issues, family of origin concerns, grief/loss, and trauma.
