You’ve worked hard to build a successful life, but behind the achievements you may feel exhausted, unseen, or disconnected from your true self. Many of my clients are high-achieving Black women who are carrying too much, in every aspect of their lives, and are ready for something more. I am a licensed psychologist specializing in the mental, relational, and sexual wellness of Black women and couples across diverse gender identities and sexual orientations. My practice is exclusively devoted to our community, centering race, culture, and sexuality in ways that honor the whole of who you are. I am LGBTQIA+, Poly, BDSM/Kink-affirming. My trauma-informed approach integrates traditional talk therapy with Brainspotting and other somatic methods to reconnect mind, body, and spirit. Together, we’ll work to reduce the weight of burnout, grief, and stress, while moving toward authenticity, intimacy, joy, and pleasure. I believe these aren’t luxuries, they’re essential to your wellbeing.
