And that voice in your head - the one analyzing every choice, every performance, every brushstroke - is full of unsolicited feedback. The fear, the fire, the exhaustion. We'll explore what happens in your body before you go on stage or share your work. We'll untangle the voices so you can hear yourself again. You'll learn research-based practices for your nervous system that fit your life on the road, in the studio, or wherever you create.
