One significant insight I have gained from my experience in practice and as a human being is that we all seek to be heard and validated, which is why talk therapy can be empowering. With many years of experience, I have found it essential to stay flexible and open to clients' diverse experiences. I enjoy working with a diverse range of groups, including young people, individuals navigating pivotal moments in their lives, people from immigrant backgrounds, and members of intentionally marginalized groups.
