I provide individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults. My main areas of expertise include relationship difficulties (insecure and avoidant attachment styles), post-traumatic stress and complex trauma, mood disorders, substance use, spiritual experiences, parent-adolescent conflict, and grief. I support my clients through a unique synthesis of western psychology and eastern philosophy that blends the knowledge of the mind with the intuitive wisdom of the heart. Often, the person whom we experience ourselves to be, is a role that we were conditioned to play in early childhood. It is my goal to provide a safe setting and entrusting relationship to support you with finding out who you are beyond these constraints.
