I offer therapy for individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and major life changes like adjusting to college. I start by creating a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll build emotional awareness, identify patterns, and develop tools for real, lasting change.
