Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about your next steps? I work with high-functioning women who feel overextended, disconnected from their needs, or caught in patterns that no longer serve them. I offer counseling and life coaching to support women through life challenges and transitions. My focus includes stress management, anxiety, depression, burnout, motivation, relationships, life transitions, self-betrayal, self-esteem, confidence, and personal and career growth. In therapy and coaching, I provide a warm, collaborative space that is both reflective and practical. I integrate EMDR with insight-oriented and skills-based approaches to help clients identify patterns, address self-doubt and perfectionism, and develop more effective ways of thinking, relating, and responding to challenges.
