If you've noticed that your child/teen isn’t as happy or social as they used to be, they’ve started making risky choices with friends, they’ve become more irritable, or recently experienced a big transition, then therapy may be a good fit. Parents often come to me with worries that their family has become disconnected, their teen struggles with low self-esteem due to social media comparisons, or their child struggles with academic pressures. I work primarily with elementary through high school ages and all of the ups and downs that occur in between by providing individual and family therapy.
