Trauma-Informed Counseling: For the past 26 years I have created a safe space for clients to work on a number of personal and relational issues. This safety is created and sustained by respectful care and radical acceptance of a person no matter where they find themselves on the journey. Clients who see me are often struggling with primary relationship issues, identity issues brought about by transitions or grief and loss, anxiety or depression- which begins to rob one's joy, present or past trauma, present or past loss of attachments, or feelings of dissatisfaction with their present life that requires a change.
