I am a doctor psychotherapist. I love what I do and my commitment is to your full wellbeing. I’ve been in private practice for many years and a faculty member at FAU teaching clinical/psychotherapy for 20 years. My approach integrates the blending of western cutting edge evidence-based therapies along with contemplative eastern mindfulness based modalities. I also utilize alpha wave technology in the treatment of insomnia, depression, and anxiety. I work with people from all diverse backgrounds, sexual and gender identities. When we meet you’ll likely meet my doggie Oliver who will greet you at my office In person or on screen! I provide services to kids 14 and up, teens, adults, and seniors as well as couples and families. In addition I work with people of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
