Welcome. I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Certified Group Psychotherapist, and EMDR practitioner. My specialties include trauma, depression, anxiety, grief & loss, men's issues, technology addiction, climate-related distress & other existential concerns. My approach is humanistic-existential and trauma-informed, and integrates psychodynamic/psychoanalytic therapy, CBT, and mindfulness as needed. I am also trained in Attachment-focused EMDR, which is well suited to working with complex trauma.
