Dr. Johnson's focus is on finding specialized skills that fit each client's unique needs and experiences without bias towards identity, belief, or diagnosis. From enhancing your ability to effectively tackle life's stressors to dealing with serious mental health issues, he aims to provide evidence-based support for all who seek it. Informed by a cognitive behavioral therapeutic approach, Dr. Johnson implements advanced training in neuropsychological assessment and trauma-informed approaches to PTSD, anxiety, depression, and addiction to provide evidence-based, culturally-informed solutions to patients with a variety of needs. Dr. Johnson is also trained in various psychological testing and assessment techniques, including capacity evaluations; ADHD, intelligence, and learning disability assessments; pre-surgical evaluations including bariatric and pain procedures; personality and mood disorders; Autism Spectrum Disorder; and more.
