I am not your conventional therapist, and I am invested in you making it through this period of your life. I have a knack for empathizing and assisting real people to find real solutions within themselves. I specialize in children, adolescents, and young adults who have become overtaken with stress, and who are learning to cope with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, social and cultural isolation concerns, neurodiverse superpowers, mood disorders, school and behavior problems, and those who just need a welcoming embrace and listening ear.
